Refund policy

We have a 48 hour refund/exchange policy for faulty/damaged/incorrect items, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a refund/exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags if any, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Additionally, please provide proof of damage & unboxing video.

Damages and issues 

At NO ACCESS, we prioritize providing the best experience for our customers. In the rare instance of receiving a defective or incorrect product, we offer the option to exchange it at no extra charge. Valid proof must be provided to initiate these claims. All exchange requests undergo thorough evaluation, and we reserve the right to decline requests that do not meet our specified criteria.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a exchange without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.


Cancellation Policy

Due to our quick dispatch process, cancellations may not always be feasible and could be denied. However, contacting us via email or Instagram at the earliest allows us to accommodate your request to the best of our abilities. Please note that we reserve the right to deny cancellation requests.


Exchanges

We do not do size swaps. Therefore, please refer to our size charts before ordering.


Refunds

We do not provide any refunds. However, if the item delivered is damaged or incorrect & you do not wish to exchange it, we may provide you store credit for the same amount against the product.
