Processing & Dispatch

Orders at NO ACCESS are processed and dispatched with 24-48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. Tube Tops may take upto 5 days to be processed.

 

Delivery Timeframe

After dispatch, expect delivery within 3-5 days for metropolitan areas and up to 7 days for remote locations. Ideally, products should arrive at a metropolitan address within 5 days of processing.

 

Courier Service Partners

We rely on trusted third-party courier services like Bluedart and Delhivery for delivering your orders. While we aim for excellent service, NO ACCESS cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage during transit, or delays in delivery.

 

Incase of Any Mishap

If any loss or damage during transit occurs, we suggest filing a complaint directly with the relevant courier company. We are prepared to support you in resolving any concerns that may arise.

 

Undelivered Shipments

In situations where shipments are returned to sender (RTO) or fail to deliver due to incorrect or incomplete addresses, recipient unavailability, refusal, or any other circumstances beyond our control, No Access assumes no liability. We urge customers to verify shipping addresses during checkout. In such cases, we may apply a re-shipping fee. Unfortunately, refunds cannot be issued.

Due to high demand or unforeseen technical issues, mechanical challenges, or unexpected natural events occasional delays in dispatch may occur.
